- The Forensic medicine and toxicology department has been in existence since the very inception of this college in the year 2015. In a very beginning Dr. Pradip G. Dixit was Dean and Prof. & Head of Department of Forensic Medicine, used to look after all administrative and handled all medico-legal work on top of that establishment of Department of forensic medicine & toxicology was essential in Govt. Medical College, Chandrapur. F.M. & T department is situeted in Left Wing, Ground Floor, in front of Dissection hall, Govt. Medical College, Chandrapur.
