History

Department of Community Medicine is an important link between the tertiary care hospital and public health services and plays a vital role in the medical education of undergraduate students according to medical council of India and Ministry of health & family welfare.

Urban Health Centre

- Department of Community Medicine has established Urban Health centre at Babupeth, Chandrapur located about 2.5km from an institution to offer comprehensive health care services to about 37,000 urban population. Following activities are carried out at UHTC

Rural Health Centre

Department has developed RHTC at Ballarpur, Chandrapur located about 15km from an institution and is catering services to about 1.29lakhs of population. Following activities are carried out at UHTC
